We also provide pre-sessional programmes for students whose English language level is below IELTS (equivalent) 5.5. On this programme you will: Develop the academic and communication skills you need to perform at postgraduate level in English or in a psychology role which needs English. Gain knowledge of and engage in the scientific study of human experience and behaviour and develop an in-depth understanding of key psychological principles and theories . Develop your personal and academic English language skills. Gain confidence and experience at functioning in English-medium academic and vocational environments. Learn to conduct independent research projects and to evaluate research in your field so that you are ready for postgraduate study in English. Benefit from quality teaching by skilled academics who are experts in their field with real professional experience. Improve your English skills with workshop-based interactive activities in small classes alongside other international and UK students.
