Best: Lecturers are the best in their fields; their lectires are always interesting and challenging. Worst: Suppression of university bus to commute from/to Putney/Wimbledon

The best part of my uni experience was the independence and growth it encouraged. I loved being surrounded by people with completely different backgrounds and perspectives — it pushed me to think critically, question assumptions, and develop my own voice. I also really enjoyed the collaborative learning environment — working on projects or late-night study sessions where everyone was equally motivated created a strong sense of community. The most challenging part was managing stress and workload, especially during exam periods or when multiple deadlines piled up. At times, it felt like the emphasis was more on grades than genuine learning, which could be discouraging. It’s a great place to study because of its inspiring lecturers, diverse community, and supportive learning environment. There are lots of opportunities to get involved, both academically and socially, which makes studying here really engaging. It could be improved by offering more mental health support, practical career opportunities, and better communication between departments.

There is a lot of student support and I believe courses are well developed, but taking down the tap in system only made things more complicated for both students and staff. There have been a lot of problems with attendance and as an international student I find this very frustrating.

They provided me with a study buddy in my first year and then they supported us with a lot of sessions and information. As far as I am concerned it has the best environment regarding my milestones. I really love my Uni.

The postgraduate lecturers are great at teaching and very actively willing to engage with the students on the course. The library facilities are modern and provides access to thousands of books in person and online. The negatives are mainly about the enrolment process which is long and difficult to communicate with the university during, but once that has been completed there are no issues.
