Love that it feels like you are part of a community the lecturers and module leaders really support me and actually take on our feedback, tweaking parts of assessments that we don't like for students the following year. Studying in the heart of London is lovely as I get to explore around whilst learning. The campus atmosphere is very diverse with students from varies backgrounds and a welcoming space for international students. I love my course and the modules are taught with consideration and thought. I like how we can learn a foreign language as part of our course if we wish to so I have taken Spanish. I do wish there were sports actvities in the London campuses and not just only in Harrow and I want societies to be more proactive in replying online via social media to students with queries and those wishing to join.

The best aspects of my university experience I absolutely love my course and the way the professors teach the subject — their passion, depth of knowledge, and ability to explain complex material make learning genuinely enjoyable. The campus location is also very convenient to reach, even though the commute is over an hour; the routes are straightforward, and the environment feels safe and welcoming. What could be improved A few practical aspects of campus life could be strengthened. For example, the timetable can be challenging at times — particularly modules scheduled late on Fridays, which is not ideal for early-morning learners like me, though this is only temporary for one semester. Some facilities could benefit from more consistent maintenance. Toilets frequently break down, and although they are repaired, the issues seem to recur, suggesting either heavy usage or misuse that may require different approaches to address. Student Support is helpful overall; however, responses to some queries can feel slow, especially when the information should be readily available. Streamlining communication could make the student experience much smoother. Regarding the Students’ Union, the biggest challenge appears to be student engagement. Very few students get involved, which affects the Union’s perceived credibility. With more visible, efficient, and realistic initiatives — and faster processes — engagement could grow significantly, making the SU a much stronger presence for the student body.

The best aspect is the extracurricular activities and employability programmes that the university provides - it has all the facilities you have access to that can make you stand out as a graduate. For example, the Westminster award, student ambassador programmes, Westminster working cultures and many more.

The best aspects of my uni experience were the supportive teaching staff, diverse student community, and access to excellent facilities. The lecturers were approachable and genuinely interested in helping students succeed, and there were plenty of opportunities to get involved in clubs, events, and networking activities. I also appreciated the balance between academic learning and practical experiences, which made the course feel relevant and engaging. The worst aspects were sometimes the inconsistency in communication between departments and the occasional delays in feedback or administrative responses. During busy periods, it could be difficult to get timely academic support. Additionally, while the campus is great overall, more study spaces and affordable food options would make the experience even better.

The best thing about the university is the wide variety of societies and sports to choose from, and the fact that they’re free. The academic support is also great especially since lecturers explain complex concepts really well. However, the worst part is some of the platforms they use, like Blackboard do not provide transcripts for recorded lectures which makes learning much more difficult and how some assignments can not be uploaded through other apple devices such as iPads.
