The best parts of the university is the staff and support from staff throughout your degree whether work focused or personal issues. The campus is relatively accessible and within distance to dorms and some residential areas. The union building is well equipped and libraries are well facilitated. The worst aspects I’d say is the fact that some courses are really big and the overall population of the university is large. It makes it harder to find a community as it takes larger to search for people you connect with. Furthermore, other than freshers, some socials are too specific for me to be interested in the task or event to enjoy and keep going to making difficult to maintain relationships in those socials. Degree focused socials are too infrequent and unappealing to most students so when I do go its a small group making hard to connect to peers.

A lot of support and help is offered but deadlines wether it be for work experience, research question proposal all seem very rushed and quick

Great student life, very accessible student support and the campus is well set up. Some of the buildings are in need of some TLC and some are still under construction but overall a nice experience !

I think the university is very sociable and easy to make friends with a lot of activities and events. However I think the university preach they are helpful for mental health issues however when I had reached out for help from the university after my dad passed away I received absolutely no help with my mental health or studies.

I enjoy the that Liverpool is a student based city with a lot of hustle and bustle. The societies are abundant and there is always student events on at the guild. There is a place for everyone. I honestly dont think there is much to improve
