St George’s, University of London, in collaboration with the Rose Breast Education Centre, St George’s NHS Foundation Trust are delighted to provide the high quality support and training required to enable Radiographers to work within the NHS Breast Screening Programme as a Mammographer.

Entry requirements

Applicants need:

  • To be registered with the UK Health and Care Professions Council or relevant healthcare registrant body. Confirmed via HCPC registration uploaded onto application.
  • To have employment-based access to appropriate patient groups (breast screening patients or symptomatic patients). Confirmed via personal statement, employment history, or reference.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent

You should have or be expected to achieve, an honours degree in Diagnostic Radiography or Therapeutic Radiography, or equivalent degree title.
