The responsibilities of a Construction Project Manager (CPM) range from logistically leading / managing projects, including risks, through the project life-cycle to building completion and beyond.Being able to negotiate issues such as environment, sustainability, resource, and material procurement shortfalls are integral to the role, and this course will prepare you to meet those challenges.The course is designed and mapped to meet the requirements and standards set by key professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Applicants should hold at least a 2:2 honours degree in a relevant architecture or construction-related subject including, but not limited to, architecture, architectural technology, interior design, construction management, surveying and civil engineering.
