This programme has been developed as a result of consultation which has identified a demand for a post-16 teacher training programme which supports the development and enhancement of Welsh language skills for use within the classroom.
The programme will use the modules, teaching and assessment strategy as well as placement activity in order to embed and infuse Welsh language skills development through the programme. Providing a consistent and supportive environment in which trainees can build their confidence in using the Welsh language within their own teaching.
Please note that this programme does not confer Qualified Teacher Status.
