Have been out of formal full-time Level 3 education (usually A-Levels or Access courses) for 2+ years. You must demonstrate that you meet the University of Sheffield’s minimum academic entry requirements for English language (normally demonstrated by GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent). If you are a non-native English speaker you can demonstrate proficiency through IELTS 6.0, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component. We will consider the A-level equivalency of your specific qualifications against our entry requirements and help you through every stage of the application process. TOEFL Overall score of 80 with a minimum of 17 in Listening, 18 in Reading, 20 in Speaking and 17 in Writing.
