Podiatrists are specialist health professionals who care for patients with foot and lower limb complaints, helping them to maintain their health and wellbeing through podiatric treatment, minor surgery, orthotics, exercise and education.Podiatry is a highly flexible, rewarding and varied profession. This accredited course offers internal placements at our own podiatry clinic, enabling you to see patients from the first year. You will accumulate 1,000 hours of clinical practice, giving you essential experience of working with NHS patients and managing your own caseload before you qualify as a podiatrist.
