Physiotherapy (with Foundation Year)

London South Bank University

Some of the facilities on campus are not functioning properly, particularly the student lockers. In addition, the toilets in the main building consistently have an unpleasant odor, which creates an uncomfortable environment for students. I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed as a matter of urgency.

The sense of community and support at LSBU really stood out. The lecturers are approachable, and there are a lot of resources available to help you succeed — whether that’s academic skills workshops, placements, or wellbeing support. I also liked how diverse the student body is; you meet people from so many different backgrounds, which makes the whole experience more interesting and prepares you for working in real-world settings. Like many universities in London, sometimes the admin side of things can feel a bit slow or confusing, especially at the start when you’re trying to get everything set up. It can also be a challenge balancing studies with the busy London lifestyle. But over time you get used to navigating it, and the positives definitely outweigh the frustrations.

My experience at London South Bank University has been truly rewarding. The university offers not only excellent academic support but also a diverse and welcoming community that makes every student feel at home. The lecturers are approachable, industry-focused, and committed to helping us succeed both in our studies and future careers. Beyond the classroom, LSBU provides countless opportunities to grow—through networking events, societies, and real-world projects that prepare us for life after graduation. Studying here has been an inspiring journey, and I’m grateful for the knowledge, skills, and friendships I’ve gained along the way.

Best is the appearances of the main HUB, very well organised and the library is also perfect. Have more student gatherings to get to know more people from different cohorts.

The teachers help you a lot and are very kind and they allow you to express yourself. The work load is not a lot either and you get a good enough time to complete it. One thing i would change is the duration of the lesson. I feel like its a bit too much and the work is a lot to take in.
