Study, research and conduct investigations with specialist staff in a vibrant postgraduate community, graduating with advanced qualifications in the natural and built environment. Undertake a lengthy academic study in an appropriate topic of your choice on this research degree. You'll be supported throughout by academic supervisors. You'll flourish in a vibrant academic and postgraduate community, and graduate with stand-out qualifications. You work closely with a director of studies and a supervisor who specialise in your chosen field, producing an extended thesis of up to 80,000 words for doctoral research. The programme is based on your individual requirements. You can also design it around your employer's requirements, if appropriate, or development your own subject-specific programme of research.
All applicants should hold a strong undergraduate degree (2.1 or above) and/or a relevant masters qualification (or expectation of the same). All applicants must submit a completed postgraduate application form including a 1500 word research proposal.
