The aim of this cluster is to develop the work and health research community and generate robust evidence on workplace well-being by undertaking challenge-led, transdisciplinary research and innovation, eventually impacting on reduction of health inequalities in the UK.
We will capitalise on the Midlands as a place-based asset to test out interventions that reduce health inequalities in the workplace.
Our research will focus on co-creation and user-centric design, keeping the workforce and employees at the heart and will seek to demonstrate impact at both population and organisation levels.
Research topics include:
A minimum of a 2:1 first degree in a relevant discipline/subject area with a minimum 60% mark in the project element or equivalent with a minimum 60% overall module average.
In the event of a first degree classification of less than 2:1, a Masters Degree in a relevant subject area will be considered as an equivalent.
