Learn how to deliver long-term organisational success as a recognised professional who can deliver impact, behave ethically, and demonstrate a commitment to continual learning and development. Develop your workplace skills and competencies while proving the impact of your learning to your employer.

The MBA (Executive) is available as a top-up to those who complete the course.

Please note: the taught programme is 12 months long, but the end-point assessment may take another five months.

Who is this course for?

The course is suitable for people working at a senior level in the private, public or charitable sector. This could be either small independent businesses or large organisations such as banks, retailers, hospitality, multinational organisations, NHS, education, or government departments.

Business Administration graduates gain professional body membership, giving them the opportunity to continue their learning journey and strengthen their professional networks.

Graduates will be assessed against the standards for professional recognition as Chartered Managers and Members of the Chartered Management Institute (CMgr MCMI) or as a member of the Institute for Leadership & Management (MInstLM).

Entry requirements

  • A first degree (minimum 2:2)
  • Individual employers will set the selection criteria for their apprenticeships. This may involve previous management experience, having undertaken an apprenticeship or related qualifications
  • English and maths (Grade A*-C) or equivalent will be required at a minimum of Level 2 prior to entry
  • Non-Standard Entry - Applications from candidates with non-standard qualifications, e.g. relevant work experience and/or formal qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis
