Our Veterinary Education, Coaching and Leadership PGCert is a part-time, online course created for veterinary professionals working in clinical practice.
This flexible and engaging veterinary coaching and education course has been designed to fit around your home and work commitments to allow it to be as accessible as possible.
You will enhance and build upon your experiences as a teacher, coach and leader in veterinary clinical settings. It is designed to support career progression, personal growth and workplace culture.
After you complete the PGCert, you may wish to progress to our MSc Veterinary Primary Care and Clinical Leadership.

Designed to support key, transferable skills whether your goal is to progress in veterinary clinical practice or other areas of the veterinary industry.
Key skills in leadership will be developed which will support progression in many areas of the veterinary industry. Studying education, coaching, and mentoring allows you to take a greater role in supporting vet students, graduates or junior colleagues.
On completing the PgCert you also have the option to progress on to the MSc course in Veterinary Primary Care and Clinical Leadership.
British honours degree (2:2 class or above) in a veterinary professional subject (e.g., Veterinary Nursing, Veterinary Physiotherapy, Veterinary Medicine) or equivalent from an approved institution of higher education OR related Honours degree and experiential learning (e.g. veterinary practice management)
Non-standard applicants are welcomed. Recognition of Prior and Work-Based Learning in accordance with University regulations may be available
