This certificate is designed for you if you work in education and want to develop the skills to foster a growth mindset in your organisation. If you are working on programmes or professional learning activities around mindsets in education, explore the research and evidence base on this course to inform your practice. You will engage in a critical interrogation of relevant research and you will complete an evaluation of interventions designed for education settings. On this course, you will complete a reflective analysis of how relevant stakeholders, such as school leaders, teachers, parents and pupils, are engaged in strategies to foster growth mindsets, and in turn, improve outcomes. Successful completion of the PGCert will give you 60 credits towards the MA Education.
Entry Requirements An honours degree at 2:2 or higher. If English is not your first language then English language proficiency required is IELTS 6.5 (with no element less than 5.5) – or equivalent qualification.
