This course is designed to meet the professional standards set by industry governing organisation, the British Association of Sport & Exercise Sciences.
As part of your course, you’ll:

Previous students have secured placements with Leeds United, Yorkshire Carnegie, Leeds Rhinos and Sports Aid, a UK charity helping the next generation of sports stars achieve their potential. Much of our outstanding and pioneering research feeds directly into our taught modules providing the opportunity for you to develop the professional skills and expertise in the area of sport and exercise science.
Applicants should either have at least a second class honours degree in the cognate subjects of Sport & Exercise Science, Physical Sciences, Engineering, Physics, Biomechanics, Physiotherapy, Physical Education, Human Physiology, Biochemistry, Dietetics, Nutrition, Medicine or Sports Therapy, at least a second class honours degree in a non-cognate subject supported by evidence of an aptitude for the subject applied for, or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment. All applications should be supported by a reference, either academic or professional.
