Opened in September 2019, the West London Institute of Technology (WLIOT) is one of only 12 high-quality Institutes of Technology (IoTs) across the country. IoTs were established by the Government and are collaborations between further education (FE) providers, universities and employers. They specialise in delivering higher technical education at Levels 4 and 5 with a focus on STEM subjects - science, technology, engineering and mathematics. The West London Institute of Technology has been developed in partnership with Brunel University London, Fujitsu, Heathrow and West London Business and is based at HCUC’s (Harrow College and Uxbridge College) Uxbridge Campus. Students will study in specialist facilities, classrooms and workshops and combine technical knowledge with practical skills.
