It's very focused on it's programmes and wants to get the best out of people and give them skills they need to succeed in their chosen profession. However, when initially starting, staff could be more present and offer better support for struggling students, especially in regards to paperwork and necessary tasks required for your programme.

Excellent support with academic studies and personal circumstances. Varied classwork/ online activities. High tech skills centre

Not enough in person classes in nursing since covid... one a fortnight! So not meeting fellow students in my year. But great sports, societies, and help and support.

Edinburgh Napier is a fantastic university for diversity and using a dynamic approach to teaching methods. My degree has been an amazing experience! Thanks to the lecturers who make it great. The location, parking seems to be an issue. There is plenty of parking however if you don’t have a permit, you can’t park. I think it should be on a “first come, first serve” basis as the permits are free anyway. I think this would entice more people to the university so they do not have to walk for 30minutes both before and after a lecture, especially if it’s raining. During my time here, I haven’t heard much in regards to the student union/what it offers. I feel improvement can be made her to alert students to this opportunity as many feel isolated especially due to the Covid-19 pandemic! Overall. I think the university is a brilliant place to study, it’s very bright, spacious and modern!!

The uni is always well looked after, however, a lot of education is spent online which often defeats the purpose of using the facilities.
