The best thing for me is the student support is very good and open for help and the location for me is perfect because of where I live. I honestly don't have any complaints in terms of worst aspects of it as for me it's good

Student being about to be late and nothing is done about it, and the constant use of phones. However the teaching staff are so knowledgeable and teach very well

Environment and surrounding areas are really amazing. The campus had good facilities, classes and cafe. Fantastic IT support team.

It has large of areas on campus (St Johns) for students to study in quiet areas such as free rooms or the library or computer areas which I find very useful and convenient. It means I can study either with my friends or by myself and there is always a seat or table available. Plus, with the Hive in town which is excellent and offers a vast amount of online help and books for studying. My lecturers are easily accessible as they answer my queries on email efficiently within one to two days which is much appreciated. I enjoy our lectures then seminars where we can more intimately ask questions and work collaboratively as a cohort. The student society’s are approachable and I have enjoyed one where I have made new friends. Especially with the Hangar, which holds events and quizzes weekly enabling more socialising for students and fun! The price of food and quality of food has also recently been upgraded and my friends say this has benefited them. The layout is appealing and the offers are suitable to student life. Improvements I would suggest is the mental health support, particularly after the initial interview of what I need. There are limited slots for therapist availability and with doing a nursing degree it is very hard to sort out times that I can attend. Furthermore, I do believe that healthcare degrees need more access to support given the situations and learning material that we are all exposed to. Although, when a student passed away in my cohort the team did come to our lecture and gave us support which many really were grateful for and needed.
