The best aspect of bangor university is the support during course study. Professor are very supportive and give guidance in every step. Also personal tutor is best for the student feeling struggle with study.

I love the location of the university because I do a lot of outdoorsy sports. I think a lot of the facilities are great and my course is very interesting. I think there could be more areas with microwaves for students to bring food in to save money.

Bangor is an amazing place for international students, I discovered that immediately after I came here from Czech Republic 4 years ago. The staff are absolutely amazing and getting to know them is an honour, every time I had an issue the lecturers would work with me to resolve it immediately, especially in the masters modules where there are less students. The student body is also amazing, I quickly found a second family here and had some of the best times of my life with them. The city is easy to navigate and there are many unique places to go with your friends. The campus is huge, and sometimes I found it hard to find where my classes were, but after I got used to this I started appreciating the range of facilities we have here.

Its a really beautiful place to study. It has a beach where one can go and just relax after a long day. It has a pier which is really beautiful especially during the sunset. It has a golf course. The people here in Bangor are really nice. The education system is well organized and the lecturers are always ready to help you. There are plenty of societies and clubs which are all free to join. Their internation team are very supportive and informative, thus making an international student feel welcomed and settled. Its also a really save town, not too big like the cities but relatively beautiful. The student union and campus life team are really great and their activities brings a kind of spark to students daily lives. For me the university is really good, just that Bangor as a town not having much shops or fun places, makes it a bit less interesting for people who like to have fun and go to places. It also can be quit regretfully tiring at times to walk a long distance because of the hilly nature of the roads. Asides this aspects of the town and university, its a really nice place, and they have a vibrant welsh culture here.
