The BA (Hons) degree in Musical Theatre at LMA is delivered by industry professionals and is designed and delivered with industry in mind! Our performers are trained to develop high level skills within the three disciplines of dance, singing and acting. This is set within the context of an interesting, relevant programme of supporting theoretical study. All major genres and practices are developed and students have the opportunity to work across a range of musical theatre productions performed across professional theatres, along with performing across a selection of studio performances.With the volume of performances and experiences working across a multitude of theatre venues, our graduates not only have their degree, but have the professional work ethic and etiquette required to work within the industry.LMA prides itself on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all students - in the 2021 National Student Survey [NSS] the LMA Music courses achieved 95% overall student satisfaction with the quality of the course, with 97% of respondents agreeing that that they felt part of a community of staff and students.
