Entry requirements

Be a registered and fully qualified physiotherapist normally with a minimum of two years experience in the musculoskeletal speciality. Normally hold an honours degree in Physiotherapy (2:1 or 60% and above) or equivalent and evidence of continuing professional development that shows an ability to study at masters level. Students whose first language is not English are normally required to have IELTS >6.5 or equivalent for the non-MACP pathway) or IELTS > 7.0 for the MACP Pathway or BSc Honours Physiotherapy 2:1 (2:2 considered); 1- 2 years post-graduation clinical experience in the field of musculoskeletal physiotherapy; Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy or Society of Sports Therapy Non-MCAP Pathway; Registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) (HLST246) MCAP Pathway.
