You’ll deepen your knowledge in key areas, including strength and conditioning for performance athletes, clinical populations and injury, alongside furthering your knowledge and understanding of social theory to enhance your coaching effectiveness and build stronger coach-athlete relationships.The programme includes practical placements and a research project, giving you the opportunity to explore cutting-edge topics in strength and conditioning. Also, with our strong industry connections, you'll have no problem building a professional network with links such as Hull FC, Hull Kingston Rovers, and Team GB. By the end of the programme, you'll be equipped with the skills and experience to excel in a competitive and evolving field.You’ll benefit from access to state-of-the-art facilities, including our newly built strength and conditioning suite, our recently renovated £16 million Allam Sport Centre, our advanced performance analysis lab, and our dedicated sport rehabilitation suite. You’ll also be taught by experts who have extensive experience in professional, semi-professional and amateur sports, rehabilitation, and clinical practice.
