Our world faces increasingly complex policy challenges, from the climate crisis and digital transformation to the return of industrial policy.
Addressing these challenges requires a deep understanding of public policymaking and administration. The MSc Public Policy and Management will equip you with this expertise by examining the political, economic, and social forces that shape policy decisions.
You'll explore new research on public policy theories in the Global South regulation and governance of disruptive technologies advances in organisation theory and more. You'll learn all this while developing cutting-edge research design and analytical skills, and applying theory to real-world policy challenges. Instead of exams, we use a range of assessment methods designed to reflect different learning styles and develop real-world employability skills, giving you a real opportunity to demonstrate what you’ve learned.
You’ll be evaluated through a mix of innovative practical projects, like data collection tasks and your culminating capstone project participation activities such as audio presentations and reflective long-form written work.
Applications will be considered from candidates who hold a qualification equivalent to a UK undergraduate degree with a classification of 2:2 or above.
