Develop your knowledge and skills in current project management theories, industry trends, tools and techniques underpinned by the latest research. Our MSc Project Management programme has been designed to help develop your knowledge and understanding of the latest developments in areas such as benefits management and realisation, value generation, agile and hybrid methods, change management, strategic PMO and output-driven project management. You will explore new developments in artificial intelligence (AI) and increased automation that promote remote working and digital project management. You'll also look at the impact of data analytics, emotional intelligence (EQ) and the latest advanced project management tools and solutions for effective and efficient stakeholder management. We offer you the opportunity to explore substantial technical elements and advances in project management in relation to operations, logistics, and supply chain optimisation, through specifically designed modules. Evaluate the fast-changing nature of the business environment at local, national and global levels. Apply a socially responsible approach to information, data and decision making. Utilise a range of management tools and techniques to develop creative solutions focusing on value generation when planning and delivering projects. Develop knowledge and understanding of theories, concepts and principles applicable to management of projects in a business environment.
Normally a minimum 2:2 honours degree or equivalent. A wide range of professional qualifications are also accepted, either in partial or complete fulfilment of entry requirements.
