The MSc in Project Management aims to offer a curriculum of systematic learning around project management and the strategic importance of managing projects, programs and portfolios within businesses and organisations.The course further explores the aspects of managing international projects, theories & tools associated with the successful project management and delivery of project-related activities.Moreover, it helps to develop skills in establishing project requirements in terms of client/stakeholder needs procurement of financial, human and technical resources planning and coordinating work and phase activities project leadership, creating an effective team and motivating the team monitoring scope, cost, time and quality managing project risk, agility, change and contracts and delivering desired outcomes, gaining feedback and preparing organisations for future projects.
Bachelor's degree with minimum Second Class (2:2) or equivalent in Theatre/Performance studies or related subject.We accept a wide range of European and international qualifications in addition to A-levels, the International Baccalaureate and BTEC qualifications. As an inclusive university, we recognise those who have been out of education for some time may not have the formal qualifications usually required.
