In today's fast-paced and complex project environments, learning simulation and process modelling is essential for effective decision-making. In this module, you will explore the power of simulation to solve project management challenges. With a hands-on approach, you will learn to use tools like SIMUL8 to create, validate, and analyse simulation models.
