This course, drawing on the University of Wolverhampton’s excellent partnerships with local healthcare practices and the experience of its lecturers, aims to develop your clinical practice skills and support your work in healthcare settings. We emphasise evaluation and development of your practice and research, encouraging you to reflect on your educational and workplace experiences to inform your work. During your degree, you will demonstrate understanding of research, enquiry and practice techniques along with innovative application of this understanding, making you stand out to employers.
To access the MSc Professional Practice in Healthcare (with V300) you must be a registered nurse, midwife or allied health professional with at least one years’ post-registration experience. An existing undergraduate degree or postgraduate certificate or above, or alternatively certificated evidence of recent study at Level 6 (within the last 3 years) related to the field of healthcare to ensure ability to study at Masters level.
