I just loved my uni in almost every aspects from the warm acceptance towards the international students to its all facilities. Especially I appreciates the tutor student companionship and ease of accessibility. Also I would like to suggest to give proper guidance about each building and way to it.And also extra help and support for each students in their assessment levels in detail will be very helpful

The university is a beautiful place to study at, I have made many friends from different courses here. I believe that if I had gone to another university I would have only made friends from my own course. But due to the way I was housed in my foundation year I found it much easier to make a variety of friends from different courses. The campus is truly breathtaking and i really enjoy walking around with a cup of coffee. Me and my friends always find it more productive to study in the student centre, with its big windows, this means that we get alot of sun throughout the winter months. It is warm and cosy and there is a cafe downstairs if you get peckish or need a pick me up. I think this is my favourite place in the whole campus. My University course is something that has brought pride into my life, I waited for a few years after college to choose what I wanted to do at university, I feel like I am on the perfect path for me and UCLan has helped me transition smoothly from my full time job to full time study. I feel supported by my lecturers and fellow students to be the best that I can be. My studies have consisted of me studying abroad and at home and i believe this has helped me grow into a better, well rounded person, I have more understanding for other cultures and I have developed a deep appriciation for studying with this uni. However, I do believe that the societies do not seem to be as active as I would have assumed when first coming here. There are a few active societies for example sports, however the other societies dont seem to do much at all. I believe that if they could be more active my experience would go from great to fantastic. Although, I do believe that the activeness of the societies is not the uni's problem but the city and the students. Other than this I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at UCLan and am excited for my future years here.

Since I joined this Uni, it’s been great experiences all through from having caring supervisors to having the opportunity to do flexible work and earn money while studying. Some of my best experiences is the opportunity to meet regularly my cohort in the doctoral training centre - we have the opportunity of discussing academic related issues and social issues like wise. I wouldn’t say I have had any worse experiences so far but the only thing I can mention that I have experienced that wasn’t too sleek to me as a research student is the time it takes to claim back travel, accommodation and conference expenses - they just take more than enough time to process these claims to my opinion.
