Exploring financial and general management methods, frameworks and models you will build an impressive theoretical knowledge and understanding but with an additional focus on practical delivery aligned to organisation and individual effectiveness.
In recent times, the terms on which businesses can access credit and finance have become more stringent and more difficult to predict. It is crucial for business managers and entrepreneurs to develop a sound and sophisticated grasp of all aspects of business finance. In corporate finance, you will build an in-depth understanding of the financing options available to companies and their tax implications, the choice of a company’s capital structure, evaluation of the company’s cost of capital and its relevance to investment decisions, measurement and evaluation of financial performance, and dividend policy. You will also study equity instruments, bonds and other fixed-income instruments, derivatives, and risk management.
