Our postgraduate International Business Management programme has been specifically designed by our industry experienced lecturers to reflect the ins and outs of international business and allow you to understand the function and operations knowledge needed to succeed in global business industries.

This course aims to incorporate international considerations and issues to develop your understanding and response to new global business trends and help you appreciate the dynamic nature of international business.

You will adopt a broad multidisciplinary approach that covers management and organisational theory, operational requirements, and marketing and human resources influences on management. Helping you to become a flexible, effective manager who can spot market opportunities and drive businesses forward, to success in the international field.

What will I study?

Our International Business Management master’s degree has been developed to hone your business leadership skills on a global scale. The programme will provide you with an understanding of international business logistics and operations, through topics such as Global HR for Competitive Advantage, International Management in Finance and Accounting and Sustainable Business Strategy.

By the end of the programme, you will have developed skills in critical analysis of the international business environment and its inter-relationship with organisations. As well as an increased awareness of contemporary issues in managing business activities across borders.
