Our Mechanical Engineering MSc has employability at its heart and gives you the opportunity to develop an in-depth knowledge, comprehension and understanding of theoretical and practical applications of mechanical engineering, including a critical awareness of current issues and developments. This programme has been developed to provide a top-up for graduates who have completed a BEng in Mechanical Engineering or a related subject.

Accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), this programme meets, in part, the academic requirements for registration as a Chartered Engineer. Accredited MSc graduates who also have an accredited BEng (Hons) will be able to show they have satisfied the educational base for CEng registration.
