This MSc Health Promotion and Public Health programme will give you the necessary key skills and experience needed to successfully flourish within a public health/healthcare related role.
On this programme you will learn about the theories and philosophies that underpin health and wellbeing, and explore the role and impact of local, national, and international public health programmes. You will explore and apply key concepts in epidemiology, health economics, and other forms of evidence for the promotion and improvement of the health and wellbeing of selected populations.
You will also benefit from a work-based learning component, where you will link theory to practice whilst on placement at a health promotion/public health/health improvement organisation.
