Our MSc in Facilities Management has been designed following huge demand for facilities managers both in the UK and abroad. The course is developed in such a way that it draws on FM practice and academia and will prepare you for workplace challenges.
The MSc course in Facilities Management (FM) allows you to gain theoretical and practical knowledge about the discipline of FM. Our dedicated team of staff will provide you with practical training on the application of related software for the management of hard and soft FM services.
The research seminar that is organised by the department enables you to apply statistical software and independently conduct research in an area of interest. In addition to preparing you to work in diverse FM sectors, you are also taught issues about the control of facilities – associated infections in healthcare establishments.
With such level of knowledge, training and support, you are expected to graduate with employability skills that would enable you to gain employment in companies in the UK and abroad.

Students need 2:2 Hons Degree in Engineering or Construction discipline that demonstrates awareness of construction processes and procedures. Degrees from non cognate subjects will be required to complete a bridging module to meet CIOB requirements.
