You’ll study a course accredited by the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We’ll introduce you to environmental experts and you’ll have the chance to work on live projects for real clients. You’ll tailor your studies to your own career goals, specialising in ecology & conservation or international resource management.

You’ll be introduced to key theories and current debates through lectures from leading authorities. You’ll experience site visits to explore key concepts and issues. Instead of exams you’ll be assessed on the application of skills and knowledge – evidenced through your coursework.

Environmental management offers a wide range of exciting employment opportunities. Our applied focus on professional skills and competencies encourages you to develop a personal career development plan – supported by our specialist Employability Advisers. Many of our graduates go on to work in the consultancy sector – which spans both ecology and resource management.
