You’ll study the power of intelligent technologies to capture data, captivate audiences and respond to customer needs with hyper-personalisation – and learn how businesses can leverage these to gain competitive advantages and create powerful, immersive connections with their audiences.

Exploring technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Virtual and Augmented Reality, Blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT) you'll uncover how new solutions can create opportunities to monitor and analyse customer interactions in real time – potentially changing the way we live, communicate, think and work.

Entry requirements

Students need to have one of the following qualifications: minimum second class UK undergraduate degree; equivalent international qualifications as deemed acceptable by the University; exceptional entry will be assessed on case by case basis by academic referral only based on: an undergraduate degree lower than 2:2 plus one year of relevant work experience; no undergraduate degree but three years of relevant work experience.
