This course will provide you with an opportunity to analyse the complex factors that contribute to and shape international cyber conflict. You'll learn to demonstrate an understanding of confidence-building measures as well as the socio-political complexities and legal challenges stemming from issues of attribution, accountability, and sovereignty, as well as meet current global cyber diplomacy priorities and capacity building.
