The Psychology pathway has been endorsed by the Chartered Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (CASES), the professional body for sport and exercise sciences in the UK. The programme has been tailored to aid your preparation for applied practice and application for the Chartered Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (CASES) Supervised Experience programme. CASES endorsement for the psychology pathway indicates that students who study the pathway will have covered relevant knowledge as part of an appropriate Masters level qualification for entry onto the CASES Sport and Exercise Psychology Accreditation Route (SEPAR).
Applicants are normally required to hold an upper second class honours degree at undergraduate level in a related subject. International applicants who wish to undertake placements with organisations such as the NHS, involving work with vulnerable populations, are advised to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct before arriving in the UK.
