I love the amount and variation of study areas available to students in different parts of campus. If you want a more social study area or a silent, focused one, there are many options to choose from. There is constant checks throughout the year via questionnaires etc to monitor students experience and happiness with how each module is being taught. This ensures students are content with their learning and shows Queen’s interest in this. I can’t think of any improvements right now.

Facilities are generally fantastic outside of a few older buildings and lecture theatres like the David Keir Building. Most buildings are a short walk from one another (outside of the MBC and the business school). Haven't had personal experience with student mental health support services but have heard from everyone I know who has availed of these services that they are bad. The counselling sessions offered are more difficult to get and less of them are offered to students than in other universities/ colleges like University of Ulster and Belfast Met. Campus generally looks pretty, particularly the Lanyon building. The campus could be kept cleaner in some areas however where there is lots of litter. Student life is pretty good, there are lots of clubs and facilities for sporting activities. Students Union is best in any university I have ever visited. It is spacious and with helpful staff and a large bar that all Queen's Students enjoy.

I have really enjoyed the social aspect of university and getting to meet new people and study such an interesting degree. Personally I felt the exam timetable for my degree wasn’t well structured, with having to study for tests while doing placement interviews all at the same time, exams/assignments also ran continuously until after Christmas which was quite exhausting

Queens is a very motivating place to study which makes you thrive in your studies whilst also having a good social aspect

Best: - It offers lots of courses, resources, and students are supported quite well - Business school/schools system in general - Local/good transport links during the day - Plenty of societies Worst: - Difficult to get home after a night out if you don't live there - Some of the lecture theatres are a bit outdated - McClay Library is always packed by end of day - Not many study areas apart from the library
