The library is really good with access to it being 24/7 and the student life is really good and the staff are really nice and helpful when a problem arises there’s plenty of food stops and teaching is really well

Studying pharmacology at NTU has been a deeply enriching experience. The program is brilliantly structured, providing an ideal mix of theoretical learning and hands-on practical work. The state-of-the-art labs and cutting-edge equipment have been exceptional for exploring the intricacies of pharmacology, especially in drug development and therapeutic research. The lecturers truly stand out as a highlight. Their knowledge, dedication, and supportive approach make the subject engaging and accessible, while their passion for pharmacology inspires students to excel. The career workshops and industry placements have been another strength, offering valuable insights and enhancing employability. On the social side, NTU is a hub of vibrant student life. The range of societies and events has been fantastic, helping me build lifelong friendships and engage in a dynamic, collaborative community. The university's support services, from academic advice to mental health resources, have also been commendable. However, one area that could be improved is the timetable scheduling. Sometimes, back-to-back classes leave little time to fully absorb content or prepare for the next session. Introducing more breaks or flexibility in the schedule could greatly enhance the learning experience. Or for example for students that are commuting sometimes theres only one lecture in a day so maybe moving the lecture to another day. Despite this, my time at NTU has exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering studying pharmacology or exploring higher education in general

The university’s clubs and societies provide great opportunities to meet new people and develop skills outside of academics. Whether it's for quality education, employability, or an exciting student life, NTU delivers on all fronts!

Nottingham trent university is located in the heart of Nottingham city and Nottingham, being a student friendly city, most of streets are always crowded by students itself and that makes it exciting place to study and make friends. NTU offers tons of resources required for studying and other co curricular activities including sports and culture. NTU offers a global exposure just being right in Nottingham city. Students from all over the world choose NTU because of its quality education, quality lifestyle, environment and much more. I could not find any worst aspect so far but, being a international student I am quite satisfied with my experience so far. Thank you!

The best aspects have to be the facilities available to students for both curricular and extracurricular activities. There are lots of engaging societies and society nights that are enjoyable and allow you to meet lots of different people. However, sometimes there is a lack of communication from uni-student and more clarity could be provided on things like assessments.
