Our diverse optional modules give you the chance to explores areas of art history that interest you the most, from the Medieval to the contemporary. Study a modern language or two from beginner or advanced level - choose from French, Italian, Russian or Spanish. Experience a new approach to language learning with our CLIL (Content Language Integrated Learning) teaching method - study topics of cultural significance, designed and delivered by expert researchers. You’ll be assessed in different ways to suit each module. At the start of a module, you’ll be told how and when you’ll be assessed. Methods will vary but may include coursework (e.g., essays), group or individual presentations and projects, exams, reports or computer-based assignments.
