Mental health psychology assists in the administration of psychotherapies such as cognitive behavioural therapy to individuals to support on the road to recovery and techniques to utilise to live with various mental health issues.A key part of the mental health psychology sector is to share evidence based practice to improve the wellbeing of mental health patients.
