This integrated Masters course is delivered alongside our partners in the Cheshire & Merseyside Social Work Teaching Partnership and leads to eligibility for two professional awards. During the course, our expert teaching team will cover topics across health, social care, and education. We’ll give you hands-on experience and show you where your future role fits into multidisciplinary teams. You’ll also become an expert in assessing risk and managing complex scenarios. A career in this field is challenging, but rewarding. We’ll use case studies to help you navigate the ethical dilemmas integrated practitioners face. An approved degree On successfully graduating from this course at Edge Hill, you’ll be eligible to register as a qualified learning disability nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. You will also be able to apply to register with Social Work England to practice as a social worker.
