On this industry centred course, you’ll be taught by a team of lecturers with industry experience and media professionals. You’ll gain hands on experience with industry software and equipment such as 360 cameras, motion capture technologies and 3D printers, and have access to green screen and recording studios.A focus on emerging and innovative production will place you at the forefront of new trends and technologies. As well as experience of working on client briefs as part of your studies, you’ll have the chance to work as a freelance creative within our Creatives Agency.Whether you are aspiring to become a content creator, media strategist or innovative storyteller, as a Media Production graduate you’ll have honed your skills in your chosen specialism and be equipped to thrive in the dynamic media environment. Specialist facilities

You’ll have access to excellent facilities, including the Powell building which houses a fully-equipped Film/TV studio, a radio studio built by the BBC and several Mac labs. These will enable you to get hands on experience with industry approved equipment and produce work of the highest quality.


Location

This course is run at our Canterbury Campus in Kent. Canterbury is just 50 miles south-east of London and less than an hour by high-speed train from St Pancras. Located on a UNESCO World Heritage Site the campus offers state-of-the-art buildings, right in the centre of a vibrant and world-famous cathedral city. You’ll benefit from a campus with excellent learning and teaching resources, music venues, a superb sports centre, a well-stocked bookshop and plenty of coffee bars and places to eat. A short walk away is Augustine House our award-winning library and home to a vast range of learning resources and student support teams.
