The Manchester MBA develops socially responsible leaders who can navigate global challenges. We will teach you to reflect intelligently in real business situations and on your own professional development.

Aims

Our MBA programme produces creative and, resilient graduates who will thrive in the technological age. We continuously update our curriculum to ensure it focuses on the business challenges you will face as a leader, now and in the future. You will learn to navigate uncertainty and confidently take on complex challenges.

How will I learn?

We have been an expert in applied learning since the 1960s. Our renowned Manchester Method focuses on group work, practice-based learning and reflection. We don't just give you the theory; we show you how to use it to get immediate results.

Learn through practical experience

Group work with a diverse class

Three increasingly complex live client consultancy projects: Not-for-Profit Consultancy Project > Commercial Business Consultancy Project > International Business Consultancy Project

  • 10-12 week internship (optional)
  • Regular reflective sessions with an external practitioner
  • Simulated Mergers & Acquisitions Project
  • Practical case studies
  • Guest Speaker Series and business networking

We offer the following scholarships for the Manchester Full-Time MBA:

  • Joseph Wright Scholarship (UK citizens) – 3 scholarships of £30,000
  • The Masood Family MBA Scholarship (UK citizens) – 1 scholarship of £15,000
  • 30% Club Female Business Leaders scholarship (UK citizens) – 1 full fee scholarship
  • Alliance MBS Women in Business / Forté Foundation scholarships – Up to 50% off the tuition fee
  • Young Potential Leaders (UK citizens with less than three years of work experience) – £10,000-£25,000
  • Alliance Manchester Business School International Scholarships – from 10% to 50% of tuition fees
