A 2:1 honours degree, or international equivalent. An equivalent of three years (minimum) significant, full-time, post-graduation work experience. Your experience, presented in your CV and personal statement, should demonstrate managerial responsibilities that could include oversight of one or all of the following: budgets; products; projects; people. Exceptional applicants without the required academic qualification may be considered if you have more than five years of significant, full-time, post-graduation work experience and are able to demonstrate significant career progression.
