This Top Up allows students who already hold a CIPD Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent to gain a Masters level qualification.

The course provides input for study skills at Masters level and the completion of a Masters Professional Project Module is an independent study unit which provides an opportunity to identify a People Management related issue and develop the critical thinking skills to analyse and recommend approaches to address the issue.
