You’ll also gain strategies to inspire trust and personal growth – developing your own unique management style based on your individual qualities.
Alongside this, you’ll learn key functions, tools and techniques for financial managers – from overseeing budgets and cashflow to raising investments, managing risk and assessing the complex dynamics of global markets.
Working with academics, peers and influential industry guests, you’ll learn how to oversee finances and financial teams – strategically planning, managing resources, handling conflicting needs, finding practical solutions to real challenges and making decisions with greater efficiency and reduced friction.
