Build on your existing skills and knowledge to master the craft of film directing, refine your expertise, understand industry specific attributes and experience directing with the most up to date technology, to make a lasting impact in the industry.The MA Film (Directing) course is designed for students who want to deepen their understanding of the Film and TV industry. Building on your existing directing skills, this course focuses on refining your expertise as a director, helping you master the craft with industry specific knowledge, whilst creating an exceptional portfolio.
A minimum 2:2 Honours degree in a relevant discipline or appropriate professional qualification; or an HND/HNC and relevant experience; or equivalent international qualifications. Those without such qualifications will be considered on an individual basis, where prior experience will be taken into account.
