This is a ‘fast track professional learning programme designed for students who already have experience and an understanding of educational leadership. All applicants are required to have experience in a teaching, leadership, or school support role; possess a National Professional Qualification (NPQ), equivalent professional experience, or M-level credits related to school improvement and educational leadership; and hold a good first degree, diploma, or other relevant qualifications. The University recognises that the knowledge and skills required for educational leadership are diverse, and that leadership experience and learning can come in many different forms.
